About This Role
- Support preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and month-end closing for P&L management reviews.
- Prepare cashflow projections, monitor working capital, and conduct financial analysis including variance reporting and KPI dashboard creation.
- Collaborate with business teams for financial insights, conduct competition intelligence, user cohort analysis, and support post-listing financial reporting and strategic planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in financial planning & analysis or related function.
- Experience with analytics or management reporting/planning tools such as Cognos, Qlik, Hyperion.
- Ability to lead central calibrations around strategy, decision-making, and prioritization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional business partnering with sales, operations, and marketing teams for financial decision support.
- Skilled in strategic financial analysis including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and post-listing regulatory reporting.
- Demonstrated capability in process improvement, automation initiatives, and implementation of FP&A tools.
