About This Role
- Manage a team of professional software developers, including setting processes, goals, and tracking performance.
- Develop and communicate plans and priorities to achieve team performance and results requirements.
- Influence decision-making at management level and provide coaching on job performance and career development to direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years experience with ASP.NET, SQL, JQuery, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 2+ years experience with REST API, WCF Services, and MVC frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in team management within a software development context, capable of establishing processes and driving team performance.
- Skilled in full-stack development involving ASP.NET and front-end technologies, with REST API and service-oriented architecture knowledge.
- Familiar with project and code management tools such as VSTS, TFS, JIRA, and Confluence.
