About This Role
- Create detailed and concise client and market reports supporting the US Sales Enablement team.
- Lead research projects and mentor team members, ensuring quality control and meeting service level agreements.
- Maintain and improve research tools and the Intelligence Hub for internal stakeholder use, promoting its utilization.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant market research and consulting experience.
- Relevant graduate or post-graduate degree from a reputed institution.
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and knowledge of databases such as Real Capital Analytics, CoStar, Capital IQ, D&B Hoovers, Factiva, Pitchbook, and Sales Navigator.
- Work location: Gurgaon (Remote work mentioned); Work timings: Afternoon shift (1 PM to 10 PM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and delivering research outputs to senior stakeholders in real estate or related domains.
- Capable of leading multiple projects while mentoring and guiding junior analysts on quality and workflow.
- Skilled in strategic analysis, report writing, and innovating research tools to improve efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
