About This Role
- Lead and manage engineering teams including Developers, Automation Engineers, and Solution Architects focused on highly scalable web applications for HR, Payroll, and Benefits platforms.
- Drive technology and application vision, roadmap, and operational excellence in alignment with company methodologies, interacting regularly with senior leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery of multiple projects in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders, resolve cross-team barriers, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Typically 8+ years hands-on experience in web application development with Java, Python, or JavaScript and database technologies.
- Typically 2+ years leadership experience managing engineering teams responsible for scalable applications.
- Position requires 100% in-office work; minimal travel needed.
