About This Role
- Lead design, development, and launch of multi-tenant SaaS applications on private and public cloud for TriNet's HR, Payroll, and Benefits platform.
- Manage cross-functional engineering teams including developers, automation engineers, and architects to deliver quality products aligned with business and technical needs.
- Drive technology and application vision and roadmap ensuring alignment with standard methodologies and continuous improvement in operational and engineering excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field (equivalent experience also considered).
- Typically 10+ years in software design and development; 6+ years in engineering leadership roles preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with Cloud/SaaS based Open Source technologies and system engineering/requirements/integration.
- 100% in-office work location at TriNet; Work Environment: office-based with reasonable accommodations for disabilities.

- Experienced technical leader comfortable managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams in cloud-based SaaS product environments.
- Demonstrates strong technical problem-solving skills and expertise in data center infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
