About This Role
- Lead design and optimization of secure product development and operational processes integrating security into the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain and build scalable data models and real-time data pipelines in Salesforce Data 360, implementing advanced segmentation and AI-driven automation.
- Provide technical guidance on infrastructure security, scalability, automation, and ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of total work experience, with 2+ years specifically in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP/Data 360) including data modeling, integration, and segmentation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, ETL/ELT tools, real-time data processing architectures, and knowledge of AI/ML concepts (Salesforce Einstein).
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, GxP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and optimizing secure, scalable product development processes in regulated industries like healthcare or pharma.
- Skilled in Salesforce Data Cloud and integration tools with a strong focus on data governance and regulatory compliance.
