About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting for India commercial and operational spend.
- Validate and consolidate forecast data, provide clear variance commentary and actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Drive process improvements and automation in planning systems, prepare executive reports, and present recommendations to finance and commercial stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, or controlling.
- Proficient with budgeting, forecasting, month-end processes, and strong Excel skills; experience with ERP/planning systems like SAP required.
- Clear English communication skills and experience working in a matrix organization managing competing priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in commercial or market finance within healthcare or related industries, preferably with project-based finance exposure.
- Skilled in delivering automation, data integration or process improvement projects, with familiarity in SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Capable of concise executive communication and influencing senior leaders through clear financial insights and recommendations.
