About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for Biometric Authentication Solutions, transforming business needs into actionable features and ensuring alignment with product strategy.
- Lead the delivery lifecycle including refinement, testing, release, and operational readiness; drive adoption, stability, and performance improvements using data-driven insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver secure, compliant, and supportable biometric solutions within agreed strategic and financial parameters.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, business analysis, digital/technology delivery, or process-led technology roles.
- Must have experience managing product backlogs, prioritizing features based on value and risk, guiding cross-functional Agile teams, and applying security, data protection, and regulatory controls in product delivery.
- Experience with biometric solutions (e.g., Nymi Bands, Windows Hello) and understanding of regulated manufacturing or supply chain environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience leading cross-functional squads including product, engineering, data/ML, security, and compliance to deliver AI-driven biometric features from discovery through scale-up.
- Proven ability to balance technical constraints, business value, risk, and operational impact during backlog prioritization and product delivery.
- Skilled in translating complex biometric and regulated environment requirements into user-centered, secure, and compliant product solutions with effective stakeholder communication.
