About This Role
- Own key deliverables in gathering, clarifying, documenting business requirements and validating tests/production for strategic banking projects.
- Act as SME/L3 support, managing requirement priorities and collaborating with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver solutions meeting business expectations.
- Identify system defects, recommend solutions, and support project lifecycle from pre-kick-off to post-production in Agile/Waterfall environments.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 9+ years of experience as a Business Functional Analyst.
- Experience in Banking/Financial domain, specifically accounts and transaction processing for private/corporate customers preferred.
- Proficiency with tools like HP ALM, Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 9+ years in relevant role. Location: Pune, India.
