About This Role
- Provide advanced L3 technical support for complex cross-technology infrastructure including Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications within managed services.
- Ensure client infrastructure operational readiness by proactively resolving technical incidents, managing SLA adherence, and implementing operational improvements and automation opportunities.
- Mentor and coach junior and L2 teams, create knowledge articles, engage with vendors, and support project delivery and disaster recovery functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
- Extensive Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure at an L3 level.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience working with third-party vendors.
- On-site workplace requirement.
