About This Role
- Manage and lead a software development team to achieve set performance goals and results.
- Develop and communicate team plans, priorities, processes, and procedures, tracking performance.
- Provide coaching and guidance for team members’ job performance and career development; influence management-level decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years experience with ASP.NET, SQL, JQuery, CSS, and JavaScript; 2+ years experience with REST API, WCF Services, and MVC.
- Familiarity with VSTS/TFS, JIRA, and Confluence tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing software teams with a focus on web application development.
- Strong technical background in Microsoft stack technologies and front-end frameworks like JQuery and MVC.
- Capable of setting team goals, establishing processes, and mentoring developers towards performance and career growth.
