About This Role
- Lead and manage contaminated land, hydrogeology, and remediation projects globally from planning to completion including technical interpretation and quality assurance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior geologists and consultants while managing project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
- Support business growth through proposal development, client engagement, and driving technical quality and innovation in project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- 7-10 years of relevant consulting experience with strong expertise in contaminated land assessment and remediation.
- Demonstrated project management experience including managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong client communication skills and advanced capabilities in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex site investigation, hydrogeological assessments, and remediation projects in multinational environments.
- Technically proficient with geological, hydrogeological, and environmental data interpretation, including use of modelling and GIS software.
- Capable of strategic project and resource management, mentoring teams, and contributing to business development and technical excellence initiatives.
