About This Role
- Lead and continuously evolve QA strategy across manual, automation, regression, exploratory, API, performance, and release testing within the software development lifecycle.
- Drive AI-enabled testing initiatives and improve quality metrics such as defect leakage, automation coverage, and test effectiveness.
- Manage QA team operations including release planning, capacity and workload allocation, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and mentoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of QA experience in product-based companies with 4+ years in QA leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
- Hands-on experience with web application testing, API testing using Postman or similar tools, Playwright with Python, BDD frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- This role requires 5-day onsite work in either Chennai or Bangalore; visa sponsorship not available; no remote work option mentioned.

- Experienced QA leader capable of managing end-to-end quality processes in fast-paced product environments, including release management and AI-driven testing.
