About This Role
- Lead transformation initiatives in Collateral Management including technology implementations, process optimization, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and risk coverage.
- Own project management, reporting, and execution of multiple concurrent initiatives with communication to executive management and senior client engagements.
- Manage and develop senior talent within the collateral management team, ensuring robust controls, issue resolution, and alignment with audit, regulatory, and risk frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Collateral, Middle Office, Investment Operations, or related domains.
- Proven project management and business analysis experience within a global or complex operating model.
- Graduate degree or higher, preferably in Finance or Technology (B.Com, BBM/BBA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Macros, Colline, Tri-resolve, SQL, MS Access, and/or AI tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in regulated financial environments with ability to manage multi-location teams and collaborate with operational leadership.
- Deep domain expertise in Collateral Management or Middle Office operations and a strong risk and control mindset.
- Skilled in driving technology-driven transformation and automation initiatives with strong stakeholder and senior client communication capabilities.
