About This Role
- Lead end-to-end modernization of Asset Liability Management (ALM) operating model by migrating manual spreadsheet processes to a cloud-powered, BI-driven platform anchored by QRM.
- Own deployment of Treasury Management Dashboard, integration of QRM Publish to MR creating governed cloud-based time-series datasets, and Power BI implementation on structured QRM outputs.
- Manage QRM environment, cloud data architecture, and deliver ALM analytics and reporting directly influencing senior management and board decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Asset & Liability Management, Treasury, or interest rate risk at a bank or financial institution.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
- Hands-on experience with QRM including model configuration, scenario design, NII/EVE simulation, and Publish to MR or attribution modules.
- Experience with cloud-based data architectures (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and BI tool deployment (Power BI, Tableau) for financial datasets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading or materially contributing to ALM/treasury technology transformations involving rebuilding or modernizing models end-to-end.
- Able to translate complex QRM technical outputs and cloud architecture impacts into clear business insights for Treasurer, CFO, or ALCO board.
- Proven capability working cross-functionally across ALM, Liquidity, CIO, Capital, IT, Data, Modeling, Risk, Audit, vendors, and BI platform teams.
