About This Role
- Establish and maintain governance structures for security and GRC programs, including policy and framework development.
- Drive compliance mapping to relevant laws, regulations, and controls, supporting governance reporting and dashboards.
- Coordinate policy exceptions, approvals, control oversight, and support periodic assessments and governance reviews aligned with organizational risk priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Bachelor of Engineering (BTech/BE) degree required; MTech preferred.
- Mandatory skill: Governance Risk Compliance (GRC).
- Work Experience Required: 5-10 years in relevant domain.

- Experienced in designing and managing security governance frameworks and compliance programs within enterprise environments.
- Capable of aligning governance and risk management practices with organizational strategy and risk priorities.
- Demonstrates operational ownership of governance reporting, maturity assessments, and roadmap execution in GRC contexts.
