About This Role
- Lead functional consulting and solution configuration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE focusing on Field Service and Sales modules.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions, map business processes, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing to ensure solution meets business needs.
- Provide ongoing functional support including troubleshooting, business validation, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders throughout implementation and post-deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting with hands-on expertise in Field Service and Sales modules.
- Proven skills in requirement gathering, functional configuration, customization support, UAT coordination, and business process mapping.
- Experience working closely with technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions and supporting deployment activities.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in D365 CE functional consulting (Field Service and Sales).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong domain expertise in Dynamics 365 CE Field Service and Sales modules with end-to-end implementation and support experience.
- Capable of independently managing functional discussions and stakeholder expectations in a remote/global delivery environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
