About This Role
- Deliver enhancements and minor changes for Investment applications focusing on quality, maintainability, and business value.
- Provide priority production support for Investment Operations platforms, batch processing, interfaces, and critical workflows including incident triage and resolution.
- Coordinate testing, documentation, and vendor engagement to ensure software changes meet client and operational needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production-support or application-development in investments, asset management, or financial-services technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to participate in rotational support including shifts between 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. IST, weekends, holidays, and on-call support.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with system/software support or development in Investment or financial-services technology contexts.
- Comfortable working in an onshore/offshore model supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Strong ownership in incident resolution and continuous improvement, with good communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
