About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial control and reporting for multiple markets and entities across APAC, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market teams to resolve issues and improve service outcomes, while monitoring performance metrics.
- Lead finance transformation activities including system changes, process transitions, and automation initiatives to enhance financial service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services, or service delivery.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and vendor/shared service partner management.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid role based in India office 2–3 days/week with occasional APAC regional travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading finance service delivery within multinational or matrix organizations, with strong financial controlling and compliance focus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, automation (RPA, analytics tools), and finance transformation projects.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience coaching and developing finance teams in fast-paced environments.
