About This Role
- Provide experienced PMO support across transformation workstreams, projects, and programs including governance, reporting, and controls.
- Coordinate delivery information, consolidate inputs from multiple projects, and transform into actionable management insights for senior management and governance forums.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and lead improvements in PMO processes, tools, and capability development, including coaching PMO Specialists.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PMO, project, program or portfolio management, transformation delivery, or consulting.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery environments, governance, planning, financial and risk management, and delivery controls.
- Business-fluent English; German and experience with Clarity are plus; Proven ability with AI tools and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and PMO tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale transformation or migration programs with broad PMO capability and deeper expertise in one or more PMO disciplines.
- Skilled in synthesizing complex information into clear management insights and coordinating effectively across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Able to leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and optimize workflows in project and program delivery contexts.
