About This Role
- Support preparation of Annual Budgets, Forecasts, Long-Range Plans, and manage monthly Actual vs Budget/Forecast analysis.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, site expenses, inventory provisions, and key operational drivers; partner with Plant Heads and Functional Leaders for cost control and operational improvement.
- Develop financial models and dashboards using advanced Excel, Power BI, Python, and support ERP & finance transformation initiatives including SAP reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or Management Reporting within pharmaceutical or manufacturing preferred.
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, CMA, or MBA Finance preferred.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, advanced Excel, Power BI or similar, and working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
