About This Role
- Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to optimize operational spending by reducing panelist incentives and operational costs while maintaining data quality and core KPIs.
- Lead independent analytics projects including tool migration by decoding and translating complex legacy workflows into modern analytics frameworks.
- Automate and optimize analytics tools to improve sample performance monitoring and significantly reduce technical debt.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data science or analytics.
- Strong mathematical and statistical background with experience in advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Experience with tool migration involving reverse-engineering legacy data workflows.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years.

- Experienced in independently leading analytics projects from concept to deployment with strong project management capabilities.
