About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of advanced static code analysis tools and complex software features with full technical ownership.
- Collaborate in high-level system design and maintain software quality through testing, bug fixes, and code reviews within an Agile environment.
- Integrate and apply AI-powered agents and coding assistants to improve developer productivity and product capabilities responsibly.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years professional development experience with C and C++.
- 3+ years experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience in Windows and Linux development environments; strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms; experience with static analysis or compilers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently leading complex technical initiatives and influencing technical direction across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design efficient algorithms and integrate AI/agentic development workflows into software tools.
- Familiarity or experience with additional languages (C#, Java) and coding standards like MISRA C/C++, AUTOSAR C++14, CERT C/C++ is a strong advantage.
