About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of complex static code analysis features and technical initiatives from concept through deployment.
- Drive adoption and integration of AI-powered agentic development tools to enhance developer productivity and product capabilities.
- Shape technical direction, architecture, and roadmap for static analysis tools across teams while mentoring engineers and enforcing best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 13+ years of professional development experience with C and C++.
- 7+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience developing in both Windows and Linux; knowledge in static analysis, compilers, or program analysis; demonstrated leadership in adopting AI-driven development workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in compiler technologies, static code analysis (e.g., parsers, ASTs, control/data-flow analysis), and coding standards like MISRA C/C++, AUTOSAR C++14, CERT C/C++.
- Proven ability to independently lead large scale, high impact software features and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
- Experience integrating AI responsibly into developer tools, focusing on observability, safety, and driving organizational adoption.
