About This Role
- Support Critical and Provisional Reporting team by executing existing reports and managing end-to-end data delivery for high-priority HR clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely, accurate insights in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Drive efficiency improvements in data collection, analysis, and delivery, influencing client adoption of evolving product catalog for enhanced service offering.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of analytics experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military, or education.
- Experience in statistical programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python (4+ years).
- Advanced Excel skills with 4+ years experience.
- Experience extracting data from Workday and/or PeopleSoft; experience validating data sets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with high-priority clients in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment requiring rapid data delivery.
- Familiarity with HR data domains and systems, including Workday and PeopleSoft.
- Ability to influence client engagement and product adoption through continuous improvement and feedback gathering.
