About This Role
- Own the technical and functional analysis of platforms/applications including documenting current and future states.
- Manage and own design documentation such as functional specs, technical architecture, process flows, and integration details.
- Collaborate extensively with stakeholders (development, architecture, QA, SMEs) to gather requirements and develop technical solutions ensuring on-time delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 14 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of N-Tier architecture, APIs, batches, and technology stack including UX/UI, Web services, MQ, database, SQL, asynchronous workflows.
- Experience with BFSI domain, specifically Wealth Management, including Virtual Assistants and Chatbots.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, SharePoint, Jira, HP QC, and Confluence tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving and leading technical and functional initiatives independently with end-to-end ownership.
- Deep knowledge of BFSI domain and emerging technologies such as GenAI and Machine Learning applied to business solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend system and process improvements in complex technical environments.
