About This Role
- Manage Order to Cash (O2C) activities for a portfolio covering 35% of global R&D Services projects.
- Lead a small team (3-4 members) of project finance personnel and govern monthly revenue and backlog accounting.
- Provide project level reporting, analyze monthly revenue/backlog data, highlight deviations in key project metrics, and support internal stakeholders including Project Finance leadership and business finance teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in finance & accounting.
- Mandatory education in accounting: Graduate or Postgraduate in commerce, economics, accounting, management, or allied areas with accounting education mandatory.
- Experience working in ERP systems; knowledge or experience with PeopleSoft PA module is desirable but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in shifts and in a multicultural, transnational environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in project finance within a large multinational shared services environment, supporting multiple internal stakeholders.
- Has strong knowledge of statutory and management accounting and is proficient or able to learn ERP system usage, especially PeopleSoft modules.
- Able to coach and train team members while handling operational governance activities like compliance, quality assurance and process documentation.
