About This Role
- Own end-to-end analysis and optimization of enterprise billing and Quote-to-Cash systems including quoting, ordering, product configuration, billing, invoicing, and revenue processes.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Salesforce, Expedite Commerce, and their integrations within commercial and billing platforms, driving system enhancements and process improvements.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing coordination, and cross-team collaboration to deliver scalable system solutions supporting global business operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years as Business Systems Analyst or similar role focused on applications and enterprise systems.
- Experience with billing, Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, ERP, CRM, CPQ, commerce, or related transactional enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into specifications, and support system testing and implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business and technical teams within global technology environments for complex enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise with end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle processes and integrations, especially Salesforce and Expedite Commerce platforms.
- Ability to independently manage complex projects and multiple stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
