About This Role
- Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Expenses, and General Ledger.
- Own full project lifecycle delivery including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Advise finance leaders, manage stakeholder engagements, and mentor junior consultants while contributing to reusable implementation assets and practice development.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in Oracle Finance with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Experience delivering 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects with strong module-level ownership.
- Strong functional knowledge of key finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and modules (AP, AR, CM, EXP, GL).
- Familiarity with data migration (FBDI templates), system integration (REST/SOAP), and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior functional consultant comfortable leading multiple Oracle Cloud Finance modules and complex global transformations.
- Ability to independently manage client workshops and stakeholder communication, with strong presentation and leadership skills.
- Operates effectively in fast-paced, consulting environments with a focus on quality delivery, mentoring, and implementation standardization.
