About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Travel & Expense operations ensuring compliance with policies and achieving SLA/KPI targets.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digital enhancements in T&E using SAP Concur and related tools.
- Manage global stakeholder relationships and lead a high-performing operations team through governance and performance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline (mandatory).
- 10+ years experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS/GCC).
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience supporting SAP Concur.
- Experience managing multi-region global stakeholders and teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with proven ability managing global Travel & Expense operations and service delivery.
- Strong expertise in SAP Concur and advanced data analytics skills (Excel mandatory, Power BI/Tableau preferred).
- Comfortable driving operational excellence, compliance, audit readiness, and continuous process transformation initiatives.
