About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of highly scalable SaaS applications and distributed systems in HPE's Hybrid Cloud platform, specifically within the OpsRamp team.
- Deliver cloud-native enterprise solutions focusing on hybrid discovery, monitoring, event and incident management, remediation, and automation powered by AI.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring, contribute to design specs, code reviews, and support customer escalations effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 9-12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and deploying highly scalable SaaS applications/platforms and distributed systems.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, multi-threading, data structures, distributed systems, Spring framework, Hibernate, plus knowledge of Kafka or similar event streaming.
- Must be onsite at an HPE office; experience with cloud platforms (CoreOS, Kubernetes, Docker), APIs, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, MySQL, and Agile/CI-CD environment.

- Experienced in cloud-native architectures with a deep understanding of ITOM markets and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to operate independently with advanced subject matter expertise and deliver technical solutions that impact HPE products sustainably.
- Proven capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and remote teams, while managing customer escalations.
