About This Role
- Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution including booking, planning, delivery, and order closure using SAP TMS.
- Oversee transport optimization including vendor allocation, scheduling, and exception management to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance, performance, accurate data updates, and billing support.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of logistics or shipping industry experience for external hires.
- Proficient with SAP Transportation Management System and strong data accuracy skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts with a five-day in-office work expectation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational logistics with a focus on shipment execution and transport vendor management.
- Comfortable managing end-to-end process ownership including exception handling and system data integrity.
- Capable of working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders including vendors, terminals, customers, and internal functions.
