About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery of a fund accounting oversight team, ensuring NAV/yield accuracy and SLA compliance.
- Oversee staff activities, lead issue resolution, implement workflow improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance in fund accounting processes.
- Coordinate and manage projects with internal teams and external units while adhering to operational risk controls and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in related accounting or finance field preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and good understanding of financial services and investment products.
- Experience managing a functional/oversight team and working with SLAs, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
