About This Role
- Lead risk-based audits on enterprise data governance and management across the bank.
- Assess design and operating effectiveness of data governance controls, identifying weaknesses and audit findings.
- Prepare executive-level audit documentation and communicate results to senior management; support integrated audits involving data components.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in data management and governance-related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
- Role to be performed primarily onsite in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Pune with limited flex work.
- Proficiency in English required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulatory-driven data initiatives, especially BCBS 239 principles.
- Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders including audit leadership, business, technology, risk, and data offices.
- Strong analytical skills demonstrated by developing audit scopes, risk assessments and clear documentation of findings.
