About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery for a fund accounting oversight team ensuring NAV accuracy and SLA compliance.
- Act as primary escalation point for operational issues and provide technical expertise for resolution across multiple business units.
- Lead budgeting for department overtime, oversee compliance and audit support, and coordinate implementation of new funds, systems, and client projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years management experience with fund accounting, audit firm, or financial services.
- Experience with trading instruments (Equities, Options, Bonds, Futures, Spots, Forwards, Bank Debts, CDS) and mutual fund accounting including General Ledger analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Economics with specialization in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
- Work location options include Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Coimbatore, Chennai, Mumbai with North America shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing large teams and driving performance in fund accounting or hedge fund environments with at least 12 years overall relevant experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to collaborate across functions and regions, and embed risk and compliance culture.
- Proficient in client engagement and communication with demonstrated ability to influence and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
