About This Role
- Create and curate comprehensive end-to-end training and enablement materials aligned with product release cycles.
- Deliver standard and custom functional and technical training to clients, partners, and employees via online or in-person methods.
- Develop and maintain training infrastructure including labs, assessment frameworks, and certification programs to support learning and upskilling.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ to 10 years of experience conducting technical training on core banking solutions using Java/J2EE platforms.
- Experience with Web Services (REST), Microservices, XML messaging, JHipster, VueJS UI technologies, and Spring frameworks (Boot, MVC, Security, Data, Integration).
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle, DB2, and Postgres databases and core/retail banking solution architectures.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills (mandatory).
