About This Role
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, hiring, offer management, and pre-joining engagement.
- Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, confirmation, movements, and exit processes.
- Drive HR operations including performance management, compliance, HRMS analytics (Keka), and employee engagement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in HR Generalist or similar broad-based HR role.
- Experience working in startups or fast-growing organizations with exposure to building HR processes from scratch.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Working knowledge of HRMS platforms, preferably Keka.

- Experienced in leading HR processes independently in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities including recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR operations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and employee engagement.
