About This Role
- Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies for ServiceNow enterprise implementations, integrations, and upgrades, including validation of AI-powered features.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) integrated within DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish testing standards, manage defects, ensure release readiness, and produce quality metrics to ensure platform reliability and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in software quality assurance or enterprise application testing.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience testing ServiceNow implementations, modules, and platform capabilities.
- Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and ITIL Foundation v3 or ITIL 4 certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), REST API integrations, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub), and working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in validating complex enterprise ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping).
- Skilled in developing automated testing frameworks and integrating quality engineering practices within Agile and DevOps environments.
- Comfortable working within global, fast-paced enterprise teams and managing multiple testing activities with strong ownership and analytical problem-solving.
