About This Role
- Design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 security, compliance, identity, and governance solutions using Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Defender, and AI security technologies.
- Assess Microsoft 365 environments to identify security and compliance gaps, develop and execute remediation plans, including for Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents with Zero Trust principles.
- Collaborate with clients' security and IT teams to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions and manage project documentation and delivery quality.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 security, compliance, or identity solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong practical experience with Microsoft Purview including sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and compliance controls.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID security controls such as Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access.
- Experience working remotely in India with a work schedule overlapping US business hours (until at least 1:30 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments dealing with complex enterprise Microsoft 365 security and compliance implementations.
- Hands-on technical expertise integrating emerging AI security technologies with Microsoft 365, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents.
- Skilled at client collaboration and translating complex regulatory and business needs into practical Microsoft 365 security solutions.
