About This Role
- Design and implement key backend components and management software for a disaster recovery control plane involving virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Develop and maintain Java-based RESTful APIs and orchestration capabilities for VMware vSphere environment management.
- Collaborate with distributed teams of backend, frontend, and QA engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable software products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- At least 6 years of software development experience with Java/J2EE and web technologies.
- At least 4 years developing management software specifically for VMware vSphere environments and cloud technologies.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in software development as specified.

- Experienced in backend software architecture, API development, and system integration for virtualization and cloud-based disaster recovery solutions.
- Able to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and across engineering and QA functions.
