About This Role
- Lead and deliver advanced AI solutions including agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications from problem definition through deployment across APAC enterprises.
- Manage multiple concurrent technical projects with responsibility for delivery quality, stakeholder engagement, and resolution of technical escalations.
- Own AI development lifecycle and technical architecture decisions, integrating AI into cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments and mentoring engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with end-to-end model development and deployment in production.
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise technical engagements with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong Python programming skills and practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Experience deploying AI services in enterprise or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and backend engineering skills including REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and deploying LLM-powered applications using techniques like RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Capable of coordinating multiple delivery streams in fast-changing and ambiguous environments with strong technical judgment and effective stakeholder communication to executive audiences.
- Has hands-on experience with AI guardrails, responsible AI controls, and integrating AI workflows into complex enterprise environments including hybrid cloud setups.
