About This Role
- Own end-to-end feature delivery lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and production support.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure applications handling sensitive data with a focus on performance and reliability.
- Contribute to architecture, collaborate closely with product stakeholders, and participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems.
- Proven experience with software engineering best practices including testing, clean code, maintainability, and performance optimization.
- Experience handling sensitive data including personally identifiable information (PII) and applying security best practices.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years; Remote work from India; Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer with a demonstrated ability to independently define technical solutions and navigate ambiguity.
- Comfortable contributing to system architecture and raising engineering standards through code reviews and best practices.
- Familiarity or interest in AI-powered development tools and scalable, data-intensive systems environments is advantageous.
