About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and intelligent workflows for mortgage industry operational challenges.
- Take end-to-end ownership of AI projects from problem discovery through deployment and continuous improvement with measurable impact on business efficiency.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and engineers to integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 1.5–4 years of software engineering experience with hands-on development using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Ability to deploy and maintain AI applications including monitoring, logging, and exception handling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience translating business workflows into technical AI automation solutions in a collaborative client environment.
- Comfortable communicating directly with US-based clients and technical stakeholders in English.
- Interest or background in applied AI, workflow automation, and building production-grade AI applications with measurable business impact.
