About This Role
- Own the technical architecture and direction for SPARK AI incubation team from prototype to enterprise-grade deployment, including tech stack selection and architecture decisions.
- Hands-on design and development of advanced AI solutions such as agentic AI, RAG pipelines, multi-agent coordination, integrating with enterprise systems like Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
- Lead evaluation, hardening, and rollout of AI tools ensuring security, scalability, observability, and collaboration with internal teams; advise leadership on technical feasibility and trade-offs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years software engineering experience including 3+ years delivering LLM-powered or agentic AI systems in production.
- Expert in Python and/or TypeScript, with strong experience in agent/orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph), tool integration protocols (MCP), and RAG architectures with vector DBs.
- Experience with cloud AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP), REST API and microservice design, plus strong knowledge of security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level architect and developer comfortable making autonomous technical decisions amid ambiguity with strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Deep domain expertise in agentic LLM AI systems and enterprise integration, able to define reusable frameworks and scalable architectures.
- Experience advising business/tech leaders and leading teams in incubation or innovation lab environments preferred but not mandatory.
