About This Role
- Lead architecture and development of complex, data-rich provider-facing web applications focusing on front-end experience and scalable client-side state management.
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end services including GraphQL APIs and serverless cloud functions ensuring security and HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor engineers while shaping technical architecture, testing standards, and CI/CD workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years professional experience developing complex front-end web applications.
- Expertise in statically typed languages and modern component-based front-end frameworks with strong knowledge of reactive programming, forms, and state management.
- Proficiency with client-side GraphQL, back-end programming, serverless cloud platforms, SQL or NoSQL databases, and front-end testing methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced developer proficient in building scalable, secure healthcare-related web applications involving complex workflows such as claims and provider onboarding.
- Strong technical leadership in front-end architecture and hands-on full stack development with emphasis on front-end craftsmanship and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with healthcare environment, HIPAA compliance, and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams owning quality and product delivery.
