About This Role
- Own the design and development of scalable Python backend systems supporting AI-native cybersecurity platform features like agent control, security detection, and AI-assisted resolution.
- Deliver end-to-end backend engineering projects including API services, AI agent layer integrations (MCP, tool-calling), and data processing with large-scale security datasets ensuring tenant isolation.
- Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, resolve technical issues, and manage multiple complex engineering projects independently in a remote setting.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with 5 years of hands-on Python backend development.
- Practical daily experience using AI agents and advanced AI models, including independent use of Large Language Models (LLMs) for technical learning and solution delivery.
- Experience designing distributed systems and scalable backend services with strong API architecture and data modeling knowledge.
- Must be available to work remotely during UK business hours; ability to start as soon as possible.
