About This Role
- Lead client reinsurance administration reviews across Asia and ANZ, collaborating with multiple internal teams and clients to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct detailed data analysis on large, complex datasets to assess data quality, treaty compliance, and identify operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare and present clear reports on findings, financial impacts, and action plans while monitoring follow-up actions with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in actuarial science, finance/accounting, insurance, business administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in life health (LH) reinsurance, insurance accounting, or insurance operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of LH insurance products and reinsurance treaties.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel; knowledge of SQL or Python is preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large volumes of data with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across multiple stakeholders including clients and cross-functional teams.
- Effective communicator with proven ability to explain complex or technical information clearly; fluent in English, knowledge of an Asian language is a plus.
