About This Role
- Coordinate and support daily fuel order execution and delivery tracking for assigned customers in Karnataka.
- Communicate with customers, delivery partners, operators, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely fuel deliveries.
- Update and maintain operational records, MIS reports, and support payment and documentation processes to facilitate delivery closure.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2 years of work experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in Kannada with basic proficiency in English and Hindi for communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets and comfort with mobile applications and operation tools.
- Location requirement: Must be willing to work onsite in Pune; flexibility to work weekends or during operational emergencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate likely to succeed will have strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing operational activities.
- Experience or familiarity with Karnataka geography and local logistics is preferred to effectively track and manage deliveries.
- Comfortable working in a structured office-based operations environment supporting a dynamic order and delivery process.
