About This Role
- Manage accurate and timely financial reporting including general ledger accounting activities such as accruals, amortization, allocation, reclassification, and consolidation.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, monitor and resolve aged open items to ensure proper balance support.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, generate variance analysis reports, and coordinate with global stakeholders and audits.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience for CMA/MBA/M.Com/Semi qualified or 1 to 2 years for CA/CPA in general ledger accounting.
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, ledger reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Oracle ERP experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in global finance operations with strong collaboration skills across departments and geographies.
- Capable of detailed financial analysis, problem-solving, and working under tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Familiarity with end-to-end general ledger processes and accounting systems, and able to update and follow SOPs.
