About This Role
- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure focusing on high availability, performance, security, and SAP workload support.
- Handle incident monitoring, root cause analysis, resolution, and automation of cloud operations including EC2 patching and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis teams, engineering specialists, and international vendors to improve cloud infrastructure reliability, security, and operational processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in cloud operations, infrastructure support, or cloud engineering with strong AWS expertise.
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP infrastructure on AWS including patching, backups, and performance optimization.
- Solid knowledge of AWS components (EC2, IAM, networking), Linux/Windows administration, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud security practices.
- Experience with AWS monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana); familiarity with automation/container tools (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus but not mandatory.
